Manami has 10 years of experience, worked in Tokyo as a leading hairstylist and also has worked across New York, Germany and Singapore. Having worked in both Western and Asian countries, she is expertise in different hair texture and understand the different needs of both Asians and Westerners.

Beginning her cosmetology career in Japan, Master Stylist Manami found her passion for hair at an early age in her mother’s Tokyo salon. After coming to the United States, she continued to hone her skills as a stylist by not only becoming a certified barber, but going on to receive her certification in Balayage from L’Oreal SOHO Academy in New York.


The famous fashion icon, Coco Chanel, is quoted as saying “Fashion changes, but style endures.” Manami, who is inspired by her idol, has a passion for bringing this sentiment alive in her salon daily. With over 20 years of experience, her intuitive sense of style has been refined, and she is able to give her clients enduring style, and not simply fading fashions. Manami's career began in 1990 at Capela Hair Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. From that time on she has continued to refine her art by seeking styling courses throughout the nation, and even the world. In 2000, she attended Jacques Dessange Hair Institute in Paris, France. In 2007 she visited New York City where she became a Redken certified colorist. Manami’s specialties include precision cutting and smoothing systems and has strong attention to detail in every style she creates. In 2017, Manami attended the London School of Barbering where she learned advanced European techniques for men’s fading cuts.

Apart from her talent in hairdressing, she also has a friendly & caring personality that makes people smile and feel at home.
