Naoko, Bilino’s top artist, has worked in Japan as a hairstylist and make-up artist on TV shows, advertisements and fashion shows. She joined Bilino 2013, and now works in Singapore. Her creative ability has made her in high demand for stylish weddings and movies. She has worked with Japanese and International media and wedding companies. Her make-up outcome produces a natural becoming style which has made her very popular on Instagram and blog.
