Teo Ser Lee, PBM is the Founder and Director of Protocol Academy Pte Ltd, Singapore’s pioneer in etiquette and protocol services. Ms Teo was trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington where she specializes in Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol. She is also a qualified Colour & Make-up Artist, Personal Stylist and Image Consultant as well as an associate of APICSA (Association of Professional Image Consultants of South Africa).

She caters to mid and top-level executives who wish to enhance their self-confidence, heighten their communication skills, outshine their competition and increase their bottom line. Customised seminars are geared to educate, motivate and meet the needs of today’s busy executives.

Besides giving personalized training to top-level executives of multi-national corporations, she also conducts training in the finer points of etiquette, protocol and projecting a professional image. Some of her clients include Singapore Power, Singapore General Hospital, Carlson Marketing Group, Reed Exhibitions, Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd, NTUC Income Insurance, International SOS Pte Ltd, Tetra Pak Asia, among many others. She was also the trainer for Ms Singapore / Universe, Ms Singapore / World and Mr / Ms Teens.

Ms Teo has been featured on national TV, in several major newspapers and magazines, amongst them are The Straits Times, The Sunday Times, The New Paper, Today, Streets, Lianhe Zaobao (Chinese newspapers), Her World, Elle magazine, Simply Her, Icon, Peak Magazine and many others. She also writes regularly for some magazines and newspapers.

Ms Teo has a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and started her career as an external auditor with the then Ernst & Whinney. As the ambassadress of Singapore, she has travelled extensively around the world gracing occasions, raising funds for charity and representing Singapore in a total of 5 International pageants. Ms Teo is also currently a part-time drama artiste with MediaCorp Television and also a radio presenter with MediaCorp Radio.

The objective of her programs is to build a child’s confidence and self-esteem through etiquette. Etiquette knowledge offers many advantages to help prepare children for growing years. Her programs are fun, informative and interactive. Courtesy and respect are taught through role-playing exercises. The role-playing exercises increase motivation and develop positive attitudes towards learning and applying everyday etiquette.
