Agnes Koh is the President and Founder of Etiquette & Image International. She is the recipient of 2019 and 2020 Expat Living Readers’ Choice Gold Awards for Adult Learning and Promising SME 500 Award in Singapore.
Agnes is the strategic partner with SportSG | GetActive! Singapore. She is the producer and host to drive a variety of wellness and sport related digital contents to enrich and celebrate a Stronger Singapore through sport. The ActiveSG circle has crossed over 10 millions views since April 2020 and during the Covid-19 circuit measures pandemic crisis where many peoples’ lives are affected, both work and play.

Recognized across many industries as an expert in etiquette, protocol, image and wellness coaching, she has accumulated the following certifications: International Protocol Manager, Protocol School of Washington, Image Consultant in Canada, Business Etiquette & Protocol Consultant in Canada, AICI CEU, Advanced Colour Analysis, International Image Institute, Executive Refining Image, International Image Institute nad the Master Business Etiquette & Protocol.

She has won the Gold Award, Adult Learning Category, Expat Living Readers’ Choice Awards in 2020, the Winner of Expat Living Readers’ Choice Awards in 2019, the Promising SME 500 by Small Medium Business Association (SMBA) in 2014 and the “Most-Loved Beauty Professionals” Holy Grail Beauty & Fashion Awards in 2011.


Agnes is a passionate advocate of etiquette and deportment. She constantly exudes a positive energy and radiates a sensible, pragmatic and realistic aura. She facilitated hundreds of workshops and through this, has established a strong lasting relationship with a diverse range of clients. Her commitment, service and qualities have all been reflected in her life journey.

Agnes has worked with a plethora of multinational clients including: Standard Chartered Bank, SMRT Corporation Ltd, Hewlett Packard Singapore and Philips Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd.

Ultimately, Agnes’ corporate engagements have set a high benchmark for knowledge, skills and behaviour transformation. As the master trainer of the accredited train-the-trainer certification programs, she is a leader in etiquette workshops. Client feedback has spoken highly of her ability to motivate her trainees with an engaging yet energetic approach. She has poured her strong values of honing etiquette, image, protocol and wellness into her book ‘Presence, Proficient, Professional’ as well as two additional books, ‘Seasonal Colours to Slimmer, Gorgeous and Attractive You’ and ‘Gentlemen’s Guide to Personal Brand’. Previously, Agnes has also published a children’s manners book as she believes cultural and social courtesy should be instilled from a young age.

Agnes was featured on Singapore’s MediaCorp Channel 8 and Super Family 2 for an episode on Fine Dining and Social Etiquette. During National Etiquette Week, she was live on Radio 938 Live, Power 98 and 88.3 Jia to share and discuss the importance of etiquette. In addition, she has been a regular contributor to numerous prints and social media.

Agnes graduated from the University of Portsmouth, UK with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and Marketing. She has had senior management work experience in deluxe hotels and hospitality. Her areas of expertise include food and beverage, room division, event management, catering (MICE), tourism and travel. Throughout her career, she has gained opportunities to undertake high profile events and has met eminent political figures such as the late President Ong Teng Chong, founding Father of Singapore, Mr Lee Kuan Yew, ministers and celebrities. Her hospitality and intelligence have led many gratified guests to write glowing testimonials. She was awarded for her excellent performance with an “Outstanding and Friendly Service Towards Guests” Award.

Agnes has always employed a holistic approach to all aspects of her life. She believes in deeply experiencing every moment of life, attracting positive love, as well as being a blessing to those around her.
