Based in Adelaide, Australia, Rachel Paues has been working as a personal stylist, style coach and professional wardrobe organizer in Little Bird Styling for more than 5 years.

After finishing her degree with the Styling Coaching Institute she became the creative mind behind Little Bird Styling and has since mastered her signature service, the Wardrobe Detox and tailored her Styling Services to suit her clients most desired needs.

She always posts helpful tips on her webpage and social media, gaining momentum with followers and email subscribers which are increasing on a daily basis and building a strong relationship with clients and businesses alike.

Currently as the only Style Coach in South Australia and one of only six in Australia, Rachel is able to bring something unique and authentic to her clients, her services and her blog posts.

She works with women (and men) to organize their wardrobes from top to shoe, helps them maximize their existing wardrobe items, teaches them how to shop better understands their body shape and embraces their style personality.
Accredited with Honors in Style Coaching in 2014 was one of her highlight moments.

It allowed her to study personal styling on a deeper level, rekindle her love for fashion and the chance, particularly to work with women to improve their self-worth, love for their incredible bodies, whatever shape, size or color and to help find themselves again though an exciting, fun and enlightening process.

Pursuing this career has been a positive extension of her previous educational studies in life coaching and advanced counseling, a direction she was on the road to before discovering Style Coaching and Personal Styling.
