Norma Norell is an expert in the area of cross cultural management. Prior to running NNMSB, she ran a fashion studio in Malaysia. Norma has experience in providing image management services to numerous top recording companies and their artists. During her collegiate career, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Design from the University of Technology Malaysia and a Master’s degree from St. Martin’s College of Art.
 
Since 1987, Norma launched a NNIED Program, which is specialized in Image Enhancement Programs which are catered for the Western,Eastern,Middle-Eastern and International culture and societies. NN's Image Enhancement Programs are based on the understanding of Cross Cultural Management. Most of her clients are those international people with mixed culture, diverse academic, economics and social backgrounds from all status and ages. They are from corporate, private and government sectors globally. Besides, she also works as a managing director, developing and enhancing organisational identity, image and brand through the development of each individual asset/staff of the company.
 
Her company provides consulting and image management services for organizations as well as training for employees to enhance the image of organizations. The company offers image enhancement programs that are catered to Eastern, Middle-Eastern and International culture and societies. Most of their clients are those individuals from mixed culture with diverse academic, economic, and social backgrounds from all status and ages in the corporate, private, and government sectors globally.
